Operation Santa

You can help our troops overseas by joining

"operation Santa" to make christmas stockings. Last year Operation Santa provided Christmas stockings filled with goodies for over 23,000 troops serving overseas. Join us at the Community tent to help cut patterns and sew stockings togeter to help meet our goal over making Christmas away from home a little brighter for over 30,000 men and women. Flood Releif

Central Illinois woodworkers of Bloomington- normal will be back at the community tent, this year they are buliding picnic tables, and you can help! Many towns throughout the Midwest are struggling to try and rebuild. Picinic tables in parks and other public places were severly damaged or completely swept away in many communities. Volunteers will assist you in building a picnic table that will be donated to a town in need. Help these devistated areas by donating a bit of your time, and you can improve on your woodworking skills so you may be inspired to build a picnic table of your own when you get home!
